When Cory's nemisis "The Juicer" (from That's So Raven) comes to Washington D.C. during DC3's concert at the school bash, Cory's afraid The Juicer will ruin it and make him look like a weenie again from San Francisco. Later it works out after the Juicer enjoys the bash of DC3's concert.
