Imlad Mitheithel was the steep upper valley of the Mitheithel between the Ettenmoors and Coldfells from it`s wells in the Misty Mountains to the rapids north of the Trollshaws.In the Days of old Rhudaur these lands had been one of the realms many fiefs or Hirdorath, later it became a wilderness ranged by tribes of Hillmen and Trolls.
