Umisachihiko is a technique where the shinobi redirects the moisture that flowing into their body so that is flowing into their fist and their fist alone. The user then throws out a punch and on impact with the target the user rapid-fires multiple short, small, bursts of water particles from their fist in like a gatling gun. Each presurized burst of water particles spread across the surface of the target to hit and damage the entire area all at once. The technique doesn't have much knock back so the technique is purely an inflicting harm-type technique. In addition, individually each burst doesn't have much power. Only all of the bursts will the user be able to inflict the full amount of damage, which can vary depending on the skill of the user and the amount of chakra used.
