Bruce Wijenberg was a Manticoran citizen and politician. He was born on the planet Gryphon, and was too proud of his yeoman ancestry to ever accept any noble title offered to him. In 1922 PD, he served as the Minister of Trade of the Star Empire of Manticore, after serving years as the leader of the Centrist Party in the House of Commons. (HH12)
