Kallasa vestai-Quarn was a 23rd century Klingon lieutenant commander, in service to the Klingon Empire's Star Navy as a sensor officer at the outpost on planet Valtor III in the 2280s. Kallasa was a QuchHa', a Klingon fused with Human DNA. On reference stardate 2/2209, Kallasa was present on the outpost during the visit of the IKV Malevolent and a subsequent investigation into the outpost's command structure.
