Eileen Galindo is an American voice actress. In Phineas and Ferb, she voices Isabella's mother, Vivian Garcia-Shapiro. Eileen was born in the Bronx in New York and has been acting since age 14. Although an accomplished stage and screen actress, Eileen is most passionate about her work in children's television, especially animation. From her Agenda Magazine interview:
