RC-2788, also known as Jangonate or Jango-88, was a clone commando in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. He was nicknamed "Jangonate" by CC-3530 Gohan, named after his deceased comrade Alpha-98, with the squad name also named after, whom he used for several codenames on his last mission before his death. He was the lead commander of Jangotat Squad.
