The Grand Besaid House of Representatives, also known as the House of Representatives of Grand Besaid or simply as the House of Representatives, is the lower house of the National Assembly of Grand Besaid, though its power is nearly equal to that of the upper house, the Council of Delegates. It is responsible for the creation and abolition of laws and for approving most major federal appointments.
