When a corebook contains all the rules, one article should be created, with a publication history and then section about the games. This applies to games with more than one edition. Trilogies or other sets can be handled the same way, until the article becomes too unwieldy. Games supported by multiple sourcebooks have one article for the rules, which also serves as the article for the core rulebook if the game system does not have its own name.
