In the 1980s he contributed to the Belfast anthology Ximoc. He was active in the British small press scene in the 1990s, drawing for Rik Hoskin's Defective Comics, inking Dek Baker's Wargods of Atlantis, and contributing spot illustrations and cartoons to fanzines like Vicious and Battleground. He created Two Small Comics About Beauty with Fabio P. Barbieri, and collected his short pieces in two issues of Burp!.
