Pinpointer is one of three Targetmasters under Ricochet's command. He, Nightstick and Holepunch joined Ricochet in exchange for command of his armies after his successful conquest of the universe. During the Battle of Ricochet v. Everyone, he randomly fired at people, only to be blown up when Weyoun stuck his finger into his gunbarrel.
