Dino Mighter is a German Type UC I coastal mine-laying U-boat who often worked for money. During the events of Lightning, he was to make sure the Lightning ocean liner blew up with the mines. The plan backfired when Lightning got struck by lightning. He was attempting to escape the Bigg City Port when he was spotted by Emily. Later, Ten Cents caught him. Dino Mighter was later jailed for 3-4 years. After being released, he mysteriously vanished. About a year after he vanished, mysterious fires started popping up around the Bigg and Ggib city. Dino Mighter was initially blamed.
