Colonel Doctor Chenko was a Barrayaran military doctor assigned to the Imperial Military Hospital. He and Captain Doctor D'Guise successfully diagnosed the cause of Miles Vorkosigan's seizure disorder, and created an implant that could enable Miles to control his seizures by having them in controlled times and locations instead of uncontrolled ones.
