The Hypnotron is a weapon used by Fly in his battle with Max. It is powered through the Thought Control Center, and requires the energy from human beings to function. Fly uses the Hypnotron on Max, attempting to bend the Mighty One to his will, but it fails and is later destroyed accidentally by Fly.
