Born Viktor Michael Strotmann on March 7th, 3101 to the farming family of Strotmann, Viktor was immediately brought up on a tough life. His father and mother tirelessly worked on the farms as did he and he fostered a strong disdain for the various communist governments which forced their land to be constantly changed. He namely disliked Raymond Petrov, founder of the Communist Party of Dorvik and his ideology of Petrovism which helped Viktor create his National Fascist Movement.
