[Source] The Jinsu Razor was a unique lightsaber hilt, one which was made by the Emperor's Hand Aralina Silk, ( /way 5285 5755 ) , who died in Restuss. It is believed her Jinsu Razor hilt was taken by one of the attackers, who then presented it to the Jedi Antaria Wellos.
