Toy Vegeta is the counterpart of King Vegeta, and husband of April. He was created by the Fairies however they lacked the ability to full revive him so they created a toy figurine in his imagine, and mix his Saiyan lineage with Melbourne's wish capabilities into toy, becoming a Saiyan/Toy Hybrid.
