Toad (JP: Toad Guard, キノピオガード, Kinopio Gādo) is Peach's standard special move in Super Smash Flash 2. Peach pulls out Toad and holds him in front of her to block and counter enemy attacks. In the Super Smash Bros. series, and in Super Smash Flash 2, Toad blows out a puff of spores upon absorbing the attack, punishing any enemy who comes in contact with them, most likely the user of the attack. Interestingly, if Toad absorbs an ice-based attack (Sora's Ice Spell, etc.), the spores that he puffs out can/will freeze the enemy, making it also an ice-based attack. This attack can K.O. and, when used in air, can make Peach float for a short amount of time.
