The Bloon of Will is a very shiny blue bloon that is both good and bad and has 50 HP. It makes every bloon 100px away from it (or closer) have the Super Regen property and gives them +50% extra maximum HP (rounded up). It makes every tower in a 100px or closer away from this bloon invincible to status effects, makes them regenerate 1 HP every 4.5 seconds (during the time the tower is in this bloon's range) and allows them to pop an extra layer.
