Anastasia Vinnikova is a Belarusian singer. She attended the Minsk State Linguistic University, School of Translation and Interpreting. She represented her home country in the 2011 contest in Düsseldorf, but failed to qualify for the final. Originally, she was to perform another song until it was discovered that it had been previously performed in the summer of 2010.
