The Nerium Dragon Balls are the set of Dragon Balls created by Olean leader Shinsen, set to appear in the DBR sequel, as a substitute for the Earth Dragon Balls. These Dragon Balls reside on Planet Nerium and are similar in appearance and power to those of Earth, except the Nerium Dragon Balls are dark blue in color and the stars appear black. Similar to the Namekian Dragon Balls, the user must utter an Olean language password to activate them. The Nerium Dragon Balls have not been activated yet according to legend, so the Eternal Dragon's appearance and power remains a mystery.
