P'Tak Thalazar was an Andorian, of unrevealed gender, on active duty in the Federation Starfleet during at least the late 23rd century. Thalazar commanded USS Avenger from 2275-2277 during the ship’s refit from the Surya-class frigate to Avenger-class heavy frigate configuration.
