The Gnome Institute of Knowledge is a research organisation based within the Gnome Empire. The organisation is dedicated to performing both magical and scientific research to further the progress of the gnome race. The institute is only briefly mentioned several times in Gnomic Negotiations, a lore found on the official RuneScape website, and has not made an appearance in-game.
