Wolfgang Peltzer is a German boxer. He is a playable character in Rocky: Legends. He started boxing for his country, but retired after the Berlin Wall came down. Unfortunately, he couldn't fight for any titles because of political issues, so he ever got to have a friendly bout with Apollo Creed when he was the heavyweight champion.
