Gaius Vindex (ガイウスビンデックス, Gaiusu Bindekkusu) is a Presas who allies himself loosely with the Bloodhounds led by Jean Regendorf, in order to once again see Katsumi Scarlet. The sin that he personifies is that of Envy, and thus he constantly searches for new opponents and abilities to absorb, thus increasing his own powers. He currently holds an unnamed franchise in the human world, using the said funds to find accomodation for the Bloodhounds and make sure they're operations are successful, while averting the eyes of Wolf Rain, thanks to their animosity.
