The Apparition Administration is a division of the Office of Transportation of the Department of Magical Affairs. It is the organization responsible for licensing Apparation in the United States . At the age of 14, American youths are offered a course on the subject though their school. At the end of the course, the students are tested for competence by an Administration official. Those who pass are awarded a license.
