A bird-like Space Beast whose main attacks include firing orb-like projectiles and throwing his feathers out like darts. The tips of these feathers, though, are laced with the virus TA-35, which is notable for causing a plague on any planet which it appears upon that kills any lifeform infected with it. Hougul was used to allow for Gozma to conquer the planet Rindo, upon which a small dragon-like creature called Gigi was sent from with a message from the inhabitants for finding help. Upon crashing on Earth, EDF ends up discovering the message just as Hougul begins to attack the planet to stop the message from being discovered, with both Giluke and Ahames sending forces for their own means with this.
