Emond's Field is a village in the Two Rivers region of Andor. It is at the edge of the Westwood. It is most notable for the three ta'veren who grew up there--Rand al'Thor, Matrim Cauthon and Perrin Aybara. It was originally named Aemon's Field, after King Aemon of Manetheren and his desperate last stand there against the Dark One's armies in the Trolloc Wars.
