Description Non-tenure Track Instructor of Philosophy The Philosophy Department at Suffolk University invites applications for a full-time non-tenure track instructor for the 2017-2018 academic year (July 1 start, pending final budgetary approval). A Ph.D. in Philosophy is required by the time of appointment, with a specialization in Ethics or Political Philosophy preferred. The position includes a 4/4 teaching load, in addition to service requirements such as advising students in preparation for graduate school and/or careers in the field. Candidates should provide evidence of teaching excellence and experience providing high quality instruction to a diverse student body.
