Gregory Augustus Goyle (born 21 November, 1979) was a pure-blood wizard and Slytherin student who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was in the same year as Harry Potter. Gregory was the only child of Death Eater Augustus Goyle and his wife, Adela. Although Goyle was raised to believe in the importance of blood-purity, like most Slytherins, he became disillusioned with the ideology after the death of Cassius Warrington in the Triwizard Tournament.
