Sêrtolyk is the capital and biggest city of Aratkom. It is located at the eastern side of the island of Šistura. The city has a population of 409,265. Some famous buildings in Sêrtolyk include the Byra-Nealçok, the seat of the Aratkoma government, the Têrafera, one of the biggest and most important temples in Aratkom, and the Qmartul Tower.
