The Chuuou province (Ba3) was the Bayushi province extending from the westernmost borders of the Nezuban province (Ba4) and Beiden province (Yo2), to the easternmost border of the Hizoku province (Ba2), and from the southernmost border of the Kunizakai province (Ba1), being enveloped by the Tsuruchi provinces. Notable location within the province was the village of Shimomura (S14) and Toshi Aitate.
