Wolf Rain (狼雨 Ōkamiame) once known as Order of the Wolves and The Howling Clan were once a prestigious organisation of Lycanthropic humans who had been noted for their immense rivalry with the Fushi Coven and partial domination of the world prior to the introduction of the race, Reikon Kyuuban. After their subsequent exploits for land and power; the Order of the Wolves had died out with thousands of their members becoming enslaved or killed by the "Vampire's" powers.
