Hidou has elbow long white hair, he always has on white nail polish and has crystal blue eyes. Like all members of the Akatsuki he wears the Akatsuki cloak like the others, he wears a black vest and black trousers. He also wore two bags containing millions of explosive tags attached to utility belts that are connected over each shoulder. He also wears a mask identical to the one kakashi wears and his head band is around his forehead with the symbol crossed out. He also has a black ninja vest which holds scrolls. Finally he has a shuriken holster on his right leg.
