EGMONT Česká republika (EGMONT Czech republic) is a local country branch of The Egmont Group. EGMONT ČR is a children’s and adult’s book publisher based in Prague since 1990 and responsible for translating and republishing Star Wars novels and books from the English language to Czech language. Egmont ČR is currently one of the largest publishers of children's books and magazines in the Czech republic (in twenty years of its existence published by over 2,600 books and currently publishes 27 magazine titles).
