Puna is the main boss in the South Pacific area of Tomb Raider III. Puna was worshiped as a god who possessed the Ora Dagger meteorite piece. It is possible that Puna was not a god at all, the Ora Dagger could possess powers similar to the Eye of Isis, which could make a being immortal and never age. If this is the case, then it probably made Puna immortal and never age, but not indestructible, which means that the only way for Puna to die is for something to kill him, so he won't die naturally.
