The Marionette, also known as the Puppet or Marion, is an enemy from Final Fantasy IV. They often appear in large groups alongside a single Marionetteer, which should be eliminated first before attention is turned to these puppets. Alternatively, a Kick by Yang may be enough to destroy every Marionette on the field. If not, a quick, multi-enemy -"ara" spell by Rydia should mop up the remnants.
