The Costa Regime was a regime of the Cuneo Family run by Michael Costa from 2008 to 2011. The regime was named after Cuneo capo Michael Costa, whose was one of the most dangerous crews in France. Costa Regime lasted from 2008 to 2011, when Michael was eliminated.
