Mexico, officially the Republic of Mexico, is a country located in southern North America. It borders the Confederate States of America and California to the North, and Guatemala and Belize to the South. The Gulf of Mexico (and at times the Caribbean Sea) is to the east, and the Pacific Ocean (at some places the Gulf of California) is to the west. Mexico's capital, Mexico City, is the most populous in North America.
