The technique was first created by a teenage Sayuri Uchiha, during her reign as Konohagakure's last Uchiha. A scroll containing the secrets of the technique was placed within the chambers of the Naka Shrine by Sayuri herself, for the use of future Uchiha. It was her way of showing her loyalty towards her clan, or rather, whatever had been left of it. In the same instant, she replaced the scroll with the stone tablet, taking it for her own research.
