The Reset Button is a premium item in the next Bloons Tower Defense game, and costs 80 Ninja Kiwi coins. It allows you to reset a round, undoing anything that happened during it. However, this can only be done three times in a game (but you can use it multiple times in the same round if you want). It can be used by either pressing the button or pressing the "R" key.
