The Timer Thawed powerup is the opposite of the Timer Frozen powerup. In Carmageddon and Carmageddon II, this powerup doesn't exist per se, being the Timer Frozen powerup that thaws when frozen, with the message "Timer Thaw!". In Carmageddon: TDR 2000, the Timer Thawed is actually a different powerup altogether. Logically, it brings the timer back to its normal behavior.
