Speed Loader is a heroic tier feat available to all player characters. Normally, reloading a weapon with the load minor weapon property is a minor action. A character with the Speed Loader feat can take a free action to reload a crossbow with the load minor property that the character is wielding.[PH2:189][HotFL:317][HotFK:318]
