(Blaster) Superior Defiant Barrage enhancements are account bound, so can only be traded to characters on the same account. Enhancement values are 1/4th higher than standard. A level 50 can combine any slotted [[]] enhancement with an Enhancement Catalyst to create the corresponding (Blaster) Superior Defiant Barrage enhancement.
