Sammy's was a nightclub located on the Bowery in Little Italy. It was run by old time hustler Samuele "The Bull" Graziano, who found himself muscled by Tattaglia family hoodlum Giancarlo 'Sweets' Maldini into allowing in a prostitiution racket to be opened upstairs, unaware that Maldini carried very little power.
