Chicken Caesar was a member of Theodore Bagwell's gang inside Fox River. After that Tom Paxton had set up Bagwell in favor to C.O Geary, T-Bag seek revenge against Paxton. During the racial riot Chicken Caesar confront Paxton claiming that he has a message from T-Bag, Paxton easily defeated him. They did meet again during the full scale riot in a computer room where Paxton beat him again. He can be seen falling from a ledge, making his status unknown.
