The Andomal is the most precious treasure of the Skandians. It is a round sphere of amber, ground smooth from centuries rolling on the sea floor. Its size alone would have made the Andomal very expensive, but the thing that made it priceless was the shrivelled claw inside it. The claw looked like that of a giant lizard, and was often called a dragon's claw. The Andomal was stolen by Zavac, who presumably wanted to sell it.
