Mr. Busy and Mr. Bustle appear in Mr. Lazy. They are identical twins, except Mr. Busy is short and Mr. Bustle is tall. These twins help Mr. Lazy get physical (but are evil) . They have business clothes, bowler hats, glasses, and ties. They show up when Mr. Lazy has nightmares. they will later appear in the Noah Byrd Movie as bullies with Mrs, Nixon, for the first time and are performed by Kevin Clash (Mr. Busy), and David Rudman (Mr. Bustle) and start to bully-along with Noah and Oswald The Lucky Rabbit.
