Link is the main character of The Legend of Zelda Origin of Shadows. Originally a peasent from a small village on the edge of Hyrule who worked on a farm, after dark forces beseige the land he has a psychic vision and goes on a journy to save the kingdom. He is the chosen wielder of the Triforce of Courage, its powers granting him an iron will strong enough to grant him the ability to do the impossible, though at the cost of actual strength, without a proper weapon he is no more powerful than a normal man.
