The film remake of the 1997 film Starship Troopers (by film producer Neal Moritz) is an upcoming film currently under pre-production. The movie may be more faithful to the novel version than the original original film(s). It would be the fifth film installment in the series ultimately, though is itself a start of a new series, not a sequel.
